This series are the published reports being titled “A record of the …th Council meeting held at…..“. Each volume includes an address by a dignitary, minutes, financial reports and statements, officers’ reports, details of elections and other information concerning the Council’s activities. Many of the reports are highly detailed.  Annual volumes exist across the range of 1960-1973 inclusive, however the years 1962-1966 inclusive are not held. The series was transferred from the RMIT Social Policy Archive where it had been transferred in the 1990s as part of a collection strategy to capture the records of community sector organisations operating in the welfare sector. Within the SPA, these records were not identified as series and may have been waiting processing into the archives. There are no item numbers on these items.
