Transcripts and tapes of interviews with Mark Rayner, DS Kalpin, and various company executives on the subject of duel listed companies [DLC].  Tapes of interviews with W Atkinson (no transcripts). Conzinc Riotinto of Australia Limited [CRA] resulted from the 1962 merger of the Australian interests of the Consolidated Zinc Corporation and Rio Tinto Limited. The Riotinto-Zinc Corporation [RTZ] was formed simultaneously in London. Through 1992 Dr AF Seldon conducted interviews with various CRA-RTZ personnel as an extension of a RTZ history programme.  The project has been extended by company with interviews of senior personnel over the following years.
