Also, letter book 1919-1927 of Engineering School correspondence from George Higgins and one roll book of students in Hydraulic Engineering 1936-48 (includes small number loose folios of correspondence regarding enrollment of some students).  Higgins was a lecturer in surveying and later, Civil Engineering.
