In the 1990s, Carole Ann branched into publishing, producing Lesbian Times - South Australia's Lesbian Press, and Earth Wise Women - Connecting Women Who Care For The Environment. In 2001 Carole Ann established the 'L40' social gatherings for lesbians over 40 years old. She moved to Victoria and became a founding member of Lesbians in Community Inc.
