Records of Shigeru Yura relating to his designs for the Japanese Room and Garden, Architecture Building, University of Melbourne. Correspondence in English and Japanese, architectural drawings in pencil and ink, copies [prints] of architectural drawings, notes, annotations (English and Japanese). The collection also includes a newscutting concerning the design and installation of a tile mural for the Architecture building, designed by Mrs Fumiko Yura and a small number of black and white photographic prints, 2 x slides and 1 x small volume. Addition to the collection includes one document, a schematic drawing of student 'drawing boards' for Yura's class at the University of Melbourne.
