Date of birth: 1931
Biography: Donella Jaggs spent all of her professional life in the field of social welfare. Starting as a social worker in Britain, she was recruited to the Social Welfare Department in Victoria in the 1960s and worked in various positions rising through the bureaucracy. She was the Administration and Policy Officer supporting the Norgard Inquiry (1975-1976) and later was a lecturer in the welfare field at RMIT.
