Business records from 1980s and 1990s when Margarita M. Hanson and Davitt Moroney were Président Délégué. The records were found on a shelf in Kenneth Gilbert's office at Editions de l'Oiseau-Lyre. They were stored mostly in unnumbered blue or green ‘Cheval Ordex’ document folders, and titled as described in the list. This series divides clearly into three sections: editorial papers (mostly green folders), which contain, among other things, correspondence, working documents and proofs for L'Oiseau-Lyre editions; administrative records (mostly blue folders), which comprise both the mundane and the interesting (receipts for computer purchases; letters from the Prince of Monaco); miscellaneous documents. They are described as they were found in Monaco.
