  • Meanjin - Phillip Law file containing correspondence with Meanjin editor Clem Christesen in 1956
  • University Media and Publication Unit - this collection contains images of Antarctic Expeditions and individuals associated with Antarctic exploration. See the online image catalogue for more details. The University of Melbourne Archives also holds an extensive collection on lantern slides used by Priestley in his Australian lectures, 1936-1938. These slides have been digitised and will be available later in 2012
  • School of Botany - series 3/3 in boxes 17, 18 and 19 contain papers on AMARE, the Australian Academy of Science's National Committee for Antarctic Research 1968-1983, an inter-faculty programme on antarctic studies 1981-1982 and various other committees and research projects
  • School of Meteorology - contains correspondence relating to an International Polar Year for the Southern hemisphere, 1946
