McInerney, Murray Vincent
Biography: Born 1911 and educated at Christian Brothers College (Pretoria), Xavier College and Newman College, University of Melbourne, the Hon. Sir Murray McInerney was admitted to the Victorian Bar in 1935 and served as Puisne Judge of the Supreme Court of Victoria from 1965 until 1983. He was Law Tutor at Newman College 1933-1941 and in 1946, Lecturer in Evidence and Procedure 1949-1962 at the University of Melbourne where he was a member of the Law Faculty 1939-1965.
