Biography: Harold Cochran was the principal author of the 1952 travel diary and Chief Engineer at Repco. The diary was compiled on trip on behalf of the company. His travelling companion was General Manager Robert 'Bob' Brown and son of the founder of Warren & Brown (founded 1921) Andrew Brown
